"Two years ago, Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a Kohler faucet I purchased at Lowes. The faucet began leaking and the spout was frozen, so I had them return. For the $59 price of the home visit, the plumber took apart the faucet and ascertained that the leak and jamb were problems with the faucet itself and not subject to repair. He recommended I call Kohler and have them replace the unit. He also explained (when I asked) how I could replace it myself. Kohler is sending a replacement. This consultation was thorough, helpful, and inexpensive!"

"Jeff, Bill and Ken were both competent and pleasant! Not easy having workmen in one's home 8 hr/day for 4days - but they made it easy. Our floors were well protected from the get-go and the team cleaned up at the end of each day. The BathPro team did a great job from demo day to completion - and we are very happy with our renovated bathroom!"

"Keith was great, replaced the flapper in my toilet to stop it from continously running. Service call also came with a free saftly check, love that."

"It's worth every penny!! We had a 1980 bathroom. The professional craftsmen removed a wall that held the tub plumbing. Then the tub/shower was removed. The plumbing was rerouted to an inside wall. A completely sealed custom walk-in shower was installed. The surface is easy to clean. I love it!!"

"The Waterbrothers are awesome at what they do from communication to pricing and expectations. They came through on everything. I highly recommend using the Waterbrothers. We had a broken sewer line and they came out and diagnosed excavated and replaced the line in a matter of days. I will never call another plumbing company and highly recommend you do the same."

"Called shortly after 'request for quote' submitted. Was available immediately, stated all aspects of the price (reasonable) during the phone conversation, also during which the hiring was completed. Came the next day exactly on time, was thorough, and efficient but not hurried, described every aspect of what he as doing and learning. Was not fazed when 'challenges' encountered, just tried something else which cleared the blockage. Gave some advise about small repairs I could do myself, advise about good practices to minimize future problems, and a ball park estimate for future work should the problem for this hundred year old house crop up again. Incredibly nice young gentleman. Taggart Plumbing, even though a young company, is on the top of my list should I need future plumbing services."

"Dom came out to fix my leaky toilet. Replaced the wax rings, but the leak persisted. He and another plumber came back the next day and determined the supply line was also leaking, so he fixed that as well. Happy with the work!"

"I am so thankful that I found Brodys Services! My toilet wasnt flushing good & little moths were appearing from the drain. I had 2 plumbing companies come and each one had a different opinion and quoted high prices. My third estimate was by Brody. He was a good listener & very polite. He tested my plumbing and found the problem was a cracked pipe under the toilet. He had to jackhammer the floor, fix the pipe and re-cement the floor. He put plastic on the door ad kept the dust contained and cleaned everything when he was done. I was so pleased with his work and affordable prices, I decided to do a remodel of the bathroom. He removed my tub and installed a large shower, new vanity, toilet, and floor. It looks wonderful! He worked according to my schedule, gave me his expert opinion, and cleaned up daily. I am so happy with the results & his price. I would definitely be using his services again!"

"I have finally found a plumber. Reliable, excellent courteous team and knowledgeable. Until further notice I will use Sullivan going forward. The search is finally over."

"Have used Rob on a few occasions and everytime he has been great. Very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Would definitely use again and would 100% recommend him to anyone that asks for a plumber."
