"Very nice young man. He came prepared to work. He cleaned up after he was done. He went out of his way to make sure I got my water back."

"I have to say this was the first time in a while I had to call a plumber so I'll say I was a little nervous of what to expect. Much to my surprise, it turned out to be a VERY pleasant experience. Michael Forgie with Fenwick was OUTSTANDING. He was professional and helped me tremendously educating me on what could be the issues with my blocked drain. He thoroughly went through all the options and costs. There is no doubt I will use Fenwick again. Their fees were definitely reasonable for the service rendered and the amount of work completed. Thank you Home Advisors for recommending Fenwick Plumbing. Another GREAT recommendation."

"Curtis was exceptional and was able to schedule an emergency appointment to unclog my house plumbing. Was very knowledgeable."

"Dan C and Shawn R did a terrific job of removing the old tub and surrounds, and the installed a new bright beautiful step in shower complete with two safety bars, soap dish and two shelves. The plumbing and fixtures were Moen quality. We are very happy with the installation. My husband is elderly and the old shower was dangerous. This new one is so good we can't wait to try it out. Thank you for good employees who know what they are doing."

"I hired Five Star for a remodel of my master shower. Five Star made it very easy by having their own show room. I have mobility issues and Irving Z. made it so easy to pick out the tile and accessories. The office staff was very friendly and helped make it easy, thanks Kim and Irving. The demo crew came in and prepared my home for the job. They put down heavy paper, tape and plastic. The tile setters are craftsmen and did a beautiful job on the shower. Everyone working for Five Star was polite, friendly and professional, Daye and Ediston thank you for my brand new shower. The plumber was Dillon Orr of Shawn Orr Plumbing was very helpful and always answered all my questions. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this project and I will be using Five dStar Services in the future for upcoming projects. Here’s before and after photos. Bottom line folks is you cannot go wrong with Five Star. Before and after photos."

"If you need any plumbing issue resolved, call Julian. He contacted me immediately after submitting my request and was at my house the next morning. 2 hours later he had my plumbing problem diagnosed and resolved. 10/10!"

"They were prompt, courteous, and professional-everything you would want in a plumber. I must say I was pleasantly surprised."

"I had three plumbers come and snake my drain. Needless to say it was still going on. I called popaclog, Craig came out and with his video was able to see that roots had grown threw old Terra cotta drain pipe. He was able to blast away most of the roots and pulled out five gallons of sand. Also fixed the pipe where the first plumber just cut a whole in the top of the pipe for his snake and left it."

"The sales person very nice and professional. The installer, very good but not very experienced. When I ask about the extra salt promised by salesman and to be shown how to care for my system his lack of experience became evident and he suggested I have a service person come and show me. He said he was the installer. The extra salt was not available, just enough to get my new system running. The salt that was in my old system was thrown away because the installer said it was to difficult to remove. Possibly true did seem hard on top. Very polite and professional. I am sure more experience will be beneficial."
