"Tyler was very professional. He assessed the situation thoroughly and explained what needed to be done. He fixed it and all is well! The price was reasonable and I will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing needs in my home."

"

The plumber was very professional and did not hesitate in offering tips on repairs that were small DY items.  He was very honest, helpful, and understanding of my being a female that had already been "ripped-off" (taken advantage of financially). He also understood my limited funds situation and the need to do some work DYI.  This was a huge help considering the amount of work that needed to be done to the house by myself with NO help. He easily could have taken advantage of the situation as the other contractor did, but he was understanding and honest.

"Gary is great!! Good communication. Incredibly knowledgable. Very efficient. We will definitely be calling Campbell Plumbing again if we have additional plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!"

"Called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. I had gotten the wrong service lines and he went to HD and got correct ones. He checked the water pressure and drain lines. Removed old faucets and all trash. Perfect job and very reasonable. Very highly recommended. I will use him for any other plumbing job that I have. Glad to have someone that I can call on."

"The two plumbers sent to my home were very professional and capable. They replaced my faucet very nicely. Then they asked about other plumbing needs I had. They are scheduled to replace a part in my bathroom shower next week. And, they gave me a reasonable quote on replacing my outdated water heaters. I’m happy to have found these guys."

"They were fast, clean, and thorough in their installation. I requested for them to install a new tankless water heart one day, and it was installed the next! Their price beat our regular plumber by about $2,700. And the first annual descaling is included in the price."

"I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing project."

"Needed a plumber late at night on a Sunday and got in touch with Matt. He chatted with me and walked me through some possible fixes I may be able to do on my own and then gave me a quote when I wasn’t able to fix the issue. Set me up with an appointment early the next morning and he was right on time and got me fixed up super quickly so I could still make it to work. He even gave me some maintenance tips to help keep my old toilet working correctly and help me get some more life out of it. Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Cannot recommend him enough. Bonus recommendation if you’re looking for a local guy that owns and operates his own business. No big corporation, and when you call, you’re talking to the person that will do the work. Direct communication, solid work, and lots of friendly, helpful tips. If you need any plumbing work you need done, Matt is your guy. Very strong recommendation."

"Quickly and professionally repaired two leaks in bathroom. Response time exceptional. Reasonable fee."
