"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . Then had me send a couple pictures of my water heater, so he could give me an estimate over the phone. He made it over 2 days later, only because his supplier was closed on Sunday, and our unit was not as common, and installed the new water heater and took the old one within a couple hours.
