I called around and after ordering from Home Depot, I was sure to used them. But after speaking with multiple plumber and over priced charging me, Ruben was my last hope. He took time to explain the type of heater and his sincerity and professional phone approach sold me. Not only did we paid that evening, but Ruben kept his words and showed up at my parents Placentia home at 0715 as promised and completed the job in no time.
