"My dishwater was not working anymore and the error message showed it was a plumbing issue. Anthony from Mike Council Plumbing was my technician. He did a full check on both the pipes and the dishwater and was able to diagnose that it was the dishwasher not the plumbing. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the issues in detail. If things break, I will ask to have him back on the job. Extremely professional and very continuous with all the Covid protocols. Great service!!!"

"It was a tough removal due to age of the old heater. The plumber kept at it and finally with a Herculean effort, lifted the old heater off it's pedastle despite the fact that it still has about 1/3 full. I was amazed. Great job!"

"After talking to Jaime of SWAGS, I was made aware that it was not his company who did the plumbing work in my house, but anothe company. My apologies. Jaime was also kind enough to tell me that his company makes sure to be on the appointed time or if not, that their customers are reasonably informed of any delay. His company would have been my first choice since he told me he tried contacting me 3 times and did not get any call back from me. It must have been the day or days when I was having problems with the phone service. If only for his effort to reach out and that he was nice enough despite the mistake speaks greatly of professionalism I will definitely give his company a call the next time the need arises."

"What started as a simple toilet replacement encountered a couple curve balls because the age of the existing home. Wilmar Plumbing marched right through and solved the problems, even though they were not all plumbing related. And they did these "extras" at no additional cost! They arranged a date quickly, were responsive to my calls, arrived on time and cleaned up the mess in an quick and efficient manner. Wilmar Plumbing came in a large van that was fully equipped with parts, no running off to Home Depot. I already have another project in mind and won't hesitate to bring them back. Thank you Wilmar and team!"
