"Mark came and saved the day today. My bathroom sink and tub were not draining - when I ran the bathroom sink, water started flowing up from the drain in the bath tub. I had no idea what to expect, but expected the worst. Earlier, I had a Big Name plumbing company come, they supposedly 'snaked' the tub drain, but within a minute was telling me the drain pipe was corroded, that it was completely blocked, and we would need to replace the pipe and it would be thousands. Thank goodness my gut told me to get another opinion - In comes Scala's Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and Mark came within a half hour. He came in, looked at the situation, and confidently said "I'll have that unclogged for you" - the stress lifted from our shoulders. A very pleasant person who took the time to explain everything and even provide some helpful tips for upkeep, he worked quickly, efficiently , and neatly - Mark had the pipes flowing again. 10/10 would highly recommend!"

Those on demand water heaters are not easy to diagnose. But, Angelo Pascale is a master plumber who knew what he was doing. It is not often that you get the best service to solve your problem. "Dave (Dawson Mechanical) is awesome. He is the only plumbing company I use. His knowledge is on another level and he runs a great company. It is easy to get an appointment and he responds right away. You can feel confident, if you have an emergency or non-emergency situation you that can get touch with him. In the past he installed a new boiler, furnace and converted us over to gas from oil heat. The work he and the guys did on the furnace/boiler is so good that other contractors comment on it. It really is a work of art - very neat. Most recently, he helped fix a bad plumbing job a contractor did during a bathroom model. The bottom of the toilet was flooding and the shower made a gurgling noise every time the toilet was flushed - it was an annoying odd problem. John came over during the covid pandemic, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution. He wore gloves, a mask and maintained space between us. I am very impressed with his expertise and the level of detail and attention he works with. However, I shouldn’t have been surprised based on how great of a company Dawson Mechanical is. He hires quality technicians. Lesson learned - dont let the contractor do plumbing work. I will definitely use Dawson Mechanical again."

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."
