"Lucky did a quality job for us and his craftsmanship was apparent. He was professional and offered a reasonable price. We had discovered a broken flange when we started to install our toilet and felt like we needed a professional to handle it. Lucky installed a stainless steel adapter ring and fixed the problem. He also installed the toilet (which my husband was happy about). We were very satisfied and will call him again if we have plumbing or electrical tasks. He is very experienced. We were so glad to have found him!"

"Mr. Burnham was very professional, gave an honest appraisal of the plumbing issue under my kitchen sink, and was very open with what he would be able to do to fix it, and also what I may be looking at in the future as further improvement on my plumbing. He was on time for not only the estimate appointment, but for the work appointment as well. Both times he was very thorough and detailed about what he was going to be doing step-by-step through the repair process, and often would ask if I had any questions or concerns for him, to make sure that I understood exactly what he would be doing. He kept my kitchen space, very neat and clean during his work, and after as well. I will definitely reach out to him again when I have plumbing issues, and have already recommended him to many of my friends for their plumbing needs in the future."

"Within minutes of submitting a request on Home Advisor for plumbing help due to a water main leak we received a call from Southern Service. They connected us with Hank who showed up within 30 minutes even though it was Friday evening of a holiday weekend and he was already headed home for the day. He completed the project efficiently, was extremely courteous, and was very reasonably priced. Having a water main leak was definitely not part of our holiday plans, but Southern Service took care of the problem quickly and pleasantly so that we were able to still enjoy our weekend plans.
