"Here doing the work less than 24 hours after I accepted their bid. National brand name water heater with company max warranty. Everything the installer needed was on his van. They accomplished all work they had described beyond my satisfaction, including shutoff valves that did not previously exist."

"Great service on installing our new water heater. On time, professional job, very nice to work with! We'll call them for any other plumbing issue that comes up."

"Response was next day-plumber knew what to do and complained quickly-very courteous-would use again"

"I highly recommend Brock Mechanical for your plumbing needs. They provided a quick response to my immediate need for a leaking hot water heater replacement. Ken (plumber installer) was very professional both in his appearance and work ethic. Install was completed and area was left cleaner than when job started. Doug was very willing to work with me and the cost came in less than expected. Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish."

"Extremely pleasant to talk to! I didn’t realize my husband had already booked someone else for the job, but I truly appreciated how responsive and professional Haines Drains and Plumbing was. I will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing needs—they’re reliable and a pleasure to work with!"

"The plumbing company's service was excellent as the plumber was on time, respected my home, and took care of the problem in a timely manner. The plumber took time to explain step-by-step what he was doing up to project completion. Excellent value and service for the money spent. Would not hesitate to hire again!"

"Very knowledgeable and he replaced my spigot and outside water shutoff valve for a very reasonable price. Als gave me information on hydro jetting my main drain for roots in the fall."

"This was the third project we hired Marty and his crew to complete for us, and they did not disappoint. The job was significantly delayed due to material shortages but was ultimately completed beautifully. Marty was very professional and quickly responded to any issues we had (i.e. when the plumbing work resulted in our radiant heat being non-functional, in January) and worked with us to cover the costs of these unexpected events. His team installed a brand new bathroom including breaking up our floor for the plumbing and also re-did all of the surfaces of our basement (walls, floors, stairs, ceilings, lighting, and closets). They also helped us move our furniture into the space once the job was complete. If another job comes up we will not hesitate to hire Marty and his crew again. They are a pleasure to work with - kind, prompt, professional, and considerate of our space."

"We are absolutely thrilled with our bathroom remodel, Workmanship, and quality of materials! We have hard water and it's so wonderful not to have to scrub grout and hide our bath with a shower curtain. We will highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to our family and friends."
