"From my first contact with Continental Plumbing I received professional and courteous care. They were the third or fourth company I had called, but by far the best in their systems and process. They responded to me quickly, followed up timely, gave me a fair and comparable estimate and performed the job as needed. Their invoice was very detailed and they guaranteed their work in writing, also sending me the plumber's license upon request. At every step of the way I was informed on the process. I had a gas leak and PSEG shut off the gas into the house so that I could fix it. I got bids from two companies (the price from both was almost identical), one of which was Continental, and both told me that the pipes were so old I should just replace the entire gas line rather than seek the leak foot by foot. Continental is also one of the cleanest contracting company I've worked with in the 15 years I have had my home. They protected my belongings before starting and cleaned up well. I documented with before and after photos as they progressed and they didn't mind at all. Also, it must be said, I had this work done while we're still under many COVID-19 regulations. They worked all day in their masks and that didn't hinder them at all from doing a job well done. They went above and beyond. They will be my go-to plumber for anything in my house going forward. PSEG just left and did their reinspection and all is good and their work passed inspection. My gas has been turned back on. I truly appreciate the work they put in and I'm glad I found them. They treated me like a customer that mattered and not like a number or dollar sign. They made a stressful situation better and kept my stress from escalating. Thanks Continental!"

Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain was on site ready to swap out our old tank and install the new one. Also, was aware of new housing codes and installed an Expansion Tank. He could of easily changed the thermocouple just to get by but did not recommend doing so on a 10+ unit. Do it right once and call Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain. We were so happy with their service! "Don't hesitate to hire Mike MacGregor. He's excellent. We had a gas leak in a fireplace valve that was inaccessible behind a cabinet wall. We called every plumber Home Advisor recommended AND several fireplace companies (including the one that installed the fireplace). No one, except Mike, was willing to take the job or to assist us in getting access to the fireplace. When we finally gained access, Mike came with a new valve but discovered that it didn't actually need to be replaced. What honesty?
