"Mike did the troubleshooting to identify the fault while explaining to me what he was observing, then isolated the problem down to the well pump (which I already suspected). I also watched Mike do a meticulous job in shrink-tubing the connections, wrapping it all in electrical tape, and inspecting the entire length of electrical conductor TWICE. What Mike did NOT do was try to sell me an entire GrundFos system when all I needed was the pump. Yes, I had a past plumber contractor try to load up my bill unnecessarily. Called for repair yesterday and Jim came out today and fixed our dryer.  He was very polite and honest to deal with.  He called me just before he came out.  His quote was very reasonable including labor and parts.  He fixed our dryer very fast and it's working great!  I own a small business in Howard County and I am happy I found a guy I can use when I need appliances repair done in the future.
