"I met John and asked for a quote for my roof. He quoted a price per square and what he did for that price. he made an appointment to come and look at the job. Showed up on the appointed day and time. Confirmed the price and provided a proposal in writing which I agreed to and gave him a deposit. The shingles were delivered and a date was set for the work. They came on that day stripped the roof inspected the plywood found one bad sheet called to tell me about it and took a picture to confirm. They were done the same day.
