We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. Daryl had an estimate to me in minimal time. His estimate was broken down in an easy format that didn’t leave any questions as to where money was going. However, considering the cost to extend warranties offered by other contractors, which would match Peak's 50-year warranty, the price difference was justified. I joined the crew on my roof twice: first, during my through-the -roof antenna mast installation to verify adherence to sales promises and warranty terms, and again for final inspection, which met expectations. At 38 years old, Peak's 50-year warranty means I won't need another roof. They assure comprehensive coverage; if they falter, a designated contractor will step in under Peak's warranty."
