We contracted for tree removal and stump grinding, which they did very well. However, this work took a few days that were spread over several weeks, and they frequently did not let us know when they were going to do the work, and they frequently did not show up when they said they would. I guess they were overloaded with work during this period. Scott's workers all were good workers"

"We were extremely happy with the whole process.  Ramon came and gave us an estimate the day we called even though he was in Gallup that morning.  Chris and Sergio arrived as scheduled to start the work.  We were concerned the pillars might be load bearing, but Sergio and Chris quickly showed that was not the case and they assured us our roof would not cave in.  Ramon, Chris, and Sergio all were very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. Chris came back on day 2 and finished the job. Ramon told us from the beginning it would be a 2-day job. Chris was diligent about cleaning up each day. "I contacted Pedro directly on Tuesday to request an appointment for Friday. Thursday I was contacted by the office to confirm my address and set the time. Pedro arrived promptly at the scheduled time and provided a cost estimate. He told me the workers would be back in about two hours. I heard the workers outside exactly two hours later and went outside to watch them. I supervised the majority of their work -- they were very efficient and careful about other plants, drip irrigation, etc. It took them over an hour to remove the tree stump: they had to do it by hand since it was very close to a cinder block wall. After they were finished they did a very good job cleaning up and hauling off the branches, dirt, and leaves. I was presented a bill that was equal to the estimate I was given plus tax."
