"The repair was to an old 40 year old Peach Tree sliding glass door at our beach condo no longer was sliding well. It was diagnosed over the phone and quoted on the first telephone call. Alex and his helper came when they said they would be there. They replaced the door rollers and the roller rail the door rolls on at the bottom of the frame. Original parts were aluminum and replaced with stainless steel. The whole effort took a little over an hour as quoted. Our second door doesn't get used as much and if it needs repair in the future I know who I will call. Satisfied Customer."

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need.
