Additional Details:
I charge $180 flat-rate fee for initial visit/consultation to gather all necessary information of the project you have in mind. I then prepare a personalized, detailed scope of works/proposal, including anticipated time-lines, order/stages of works, ideas etc., which forms the bid I submit. If acceptance of the submitted proposal is made within 90-days of issue, my initial consultation fee is subtracted from the final invoice.
