Free Installation is restricted to installing standard window coverings purchased from Apex Window Fashions that can be hung using a six foot ladder, or shorter. Limit of one home full of window fashions for each window fashions sales contract. Any special hardware that needs to be purchased to hang them beyond that provided by the factory will be charged at cost (very rare occurrence).
