My house is very old (1918) and there was an issue with the floor being unlevel. He made sure to add extra bracing and supports to keep the floor from sagging in the future. He cleaned up after the job was finished and hauled of the removed subfloor to the street for pickup. He is a very polite and professional repairman. I will definitely use him in the future."
