We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! "They showed up on time, staff was professional however there were issues with the finished job. 2 of the 3 rooms were blotchy. The owner came out and looked at the job. Offered to redo a coat of poly but we would have to pay more. Didn't think we should pay additional to "fix" a job. Also, the bathroom off of one of the rooms where the work was done was left a mess, stain in the sink and on the walls, used paper towels on the floor. We could not enter the room to see the bathroom before they left because the floors were wet. The owner saw the bathroom and we had pictures, he just shrugged like it was nothing."
