"Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

They have done 3 extensive projects for us: roof repair, window replacement treated as new construction, and a master bath renovation down to the joists and studs and back again. "Perryhall Remodeling gave us a quote for renovating the laundry room and two bathrooms.  Before they started work, the roof leaked and we had water damage in the den.  They gave me a quote for the den and said they would fit it in while they were already here doing other work which was greatly appreciated.  While gutting one of the bathrooms, they noticed water damage because there was no sheathing(?) put on when the roof was replaced (where the shingles meet the gutters).  That was added to the list and they did that before they finished the bathroom.  The renovations, including new tile floors, wood trim, painting, plumbing and a lot more, look amazing and were expertly done.  I had complete trust in the workers and sometimes left a key for them to let themselves in or lock up when we weren't at home.  Gary and Tim were honest, professional and helpful through the entire process.  I always received updates and knew I could call or text at any time if I had any questions.  They were also very patient and understanding with my elderly mother.  Gary has checked in a couple times since the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied with everything.  I would not hesitate to hire them again!

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
