I was very happy with the available selection of materials, the availability of custom sizing, and the overall interaction with the planner. I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. That was a week ago and it is expected to take another week or two before the door is installed. Meanwhile, my wife, who is an invalid, has been unable to take a shower."

"They promised to get done as quickly as possible since I had to move out of the house because I could not use the downstairs bathroom. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost.
