"Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "At first, I was happy with the customer service, very responsive, Great price for job and scheduling was not too bad. The total project took about 3-4 days due to some weather issues and machinery problems. I was expecting more of a 2-3 day turn around. That did not bother me as much as the random holes that popped up after the concrete started to dry. Owner stated that it was due to the delay pack they threw in the concrete to slow down the drying stage so they could pour and shape the area since it was so large. I get that and have heard of this process but when the holes started to show they are the size of quarters and have a rust brown stain around the edge of the hole. I called to get it fixed - waited about two weeks for repair and was told it would look brand new- the holes are still very visible with the rust stain around it and the resin used to fill the holes are a different shade color than the concrete. We are very disappointed since we spent so much money on this project not even to be able to enjoy it for one day of it being perfect. On a positive note- if you want to use this company for landscaping needs I think you are fine. The mulch and replanted grass seed that was placed around the project are beautiful."
