"The service went excellent. The only reason for the B in responsiveness (and its probably not truly even justified) it did take all day to get a return call to set up an appointment. I made the original call about 9am and had almost forgot about it when my phone rang around 4pm.  The lady was very nice that made the appointment and apologized multiple times for the long delay in returning my call.  So any way Rodney the actual owner and repair technician showed up on time and was very professional dealing with my wife about her problem with the dishwasher. The appliances were already in the house when we purchased and moved in. Rodney worked on it for about a half hour then thoroughly explained what he did and ways to keep it running smooth and clean. The machine now works fantastic no more food and soap still on the dishes after running it.  He does 100% guarantee his work for 30 days and said if the problem was not fixed to call and he would return. <br />"

I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
