I made the original call about 9am and had almost forgot about it when my phone rang around 4pm.  The lady was very nice that made the appointment and apologized multiple times for the long delay in returning my call.  So any way Rodney the actual owner and repair technician showed up on time and was very professional dealing with my wife about her problem with the dishwasher.
