"They're expensive and they did good work, but the details were not handled well: 1) They said the job would take one day - it took four. 2) They parked a large metal dumpster on my drive without prior warning, blocking my car in the garage making it impossible for me to leave. 3) They incorrectly calculated the final bill, only reducing it to the agreed upon amount after I pointed the mistake out. Also, this isn't a big deal but their sales reps, while friendly and knowledgeable, did the whole used-car sales "let me talk to the owner and try to get you a better deal," routine which was a bit corny and embarrassing. I understand that's what is still taught in sales rep school, but it feels a bit patronizing. When I said I needed a couple days to compare their offer with other estimates, they went into high pressure mode, using the old "I can't guarantee this price will last, etc. etc." all very old fashioned sales tactics that I hope companies will abandon soon."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

Daryl had an estimate to me in minimal time. His estimate was broken down in an easy format that didn’t leave any questions as to where money was going. This estimate was lower than others that I had received , all while using better products that other contractors were going to use. Daryl was super accommodating with the time that the work was scheduled to be done. All materials that were needed arrived shortly before the work was to be done which makes things much easier to get the work done and drawing out the process with a contractor constantly having to leave to get materials. My family and I were away while this work was being done. Daryl ran into a few problems (25 year old roof) and kept me up to date as each one arose.
