"We hired Cox to repair/replace the both sides of the church's pitch roof at Our Lady of Hope Church in Dundalk. They took off the old roof, added plywood, new cloth and shingles. We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. A most excellent result from a fantastic company."

"It is such a refreshing experience working with Ben. From the very beginning, Ben goes above and beyond to explain in detail about the process of redoing my siding and of repairing my partial roof. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He showed me different samples for the siding and for the roofing and explained about each one of them. He offered to directly with my deal with my insurance company throughout the whole process and is still dealing with them to cover the cost for my entire roof as the color of the asphalt that has been repaired does not exactly matched the rest of the roofing. Excel only repaired my roof because my insurance company told Ben that they had to try to repair it first. I am very thankful and grateful for Ben hard work and the nice workers for doing a phenomenal job in a speedy manner. "This is a a top notch company. Needed a new roof on my house and shed as well as porch posts replaced. The owner, Daryl arrived and was extremely professional. Daryl had an estimate to me in minimal time. His estimate was broken down in an easy format that didn’t leave any questions as to where money was going. This estimate was lower than others that I had received , all while using better products that other contractors were going to use. Daryl was super accommodating with the time that the work was scheduled to be done. All materials that were needed arrived shortly before the work was to be done which makes things much easier to get the work done and drawing out the process with a contractor constantly having to leave to get materials. My family and I were away while this work was being done. Daryl ran into a few problems (25 year old roof) and kept me up to date as each one arose. Brackettry LLC os a top tier company and the owner is a top tier guy"

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! (Again as promised) Yard was cleaned up Completely of every material."
