I got a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. They were at my place within a few days to take measurements for an estimate.
Their price was best among four equally rated Angie's List companies (although still alot for 60 ft of fence in my opinion.)  These guys seemed eager to please and were very willing to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable price. 
BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.
The final product is beautiful and we are happy.

The first attempt at restoring my patio with replacing the polymeric sand in all the joints didn't go as planned, largely in part of the rainy weather and perhaps some areas where the crew, in my opinion, could have done a better job. The job was paid it full but 2-3 days later, it was quite apparent that the entire job would need to be repeated from scratch. Whereas most other companies, particularly those were already paid in full, would have considered the job "done" and not listened to their client's concerns, Eric and his company DID listen and very promptly returned to the site to determine how to repeat the work with an outcome that was clean, great, and has already received compliments from neighbors and friends. "The porch ceiling was leaking water and leaf debris was coming in through the deck and previous ceiling and he really went above and beyond to come back and re-engineer it to be dry and drain water properly.  The owner of this company, Steve Hessler, really worked on this until I was satisfied and the porch is now dry.  I would highly recommend him.

"The drywall repair was excellent. I could not ask for more, or better. The patches that needed fixing were extremely large, and you cannot tell that anything was done. If all you need is drywall repair, stop reading now, and hire Kargman's. Our main thoughts were that they did a great job, eventually. They had to come out and fix things twice and that shows great customer service and responsiveness. We just would prefer not having multiple trips. The carpentry ended up being excellent as well, and it was an admittedly tough job getting baseboards attached to brick, and trim along the walls where drywall met the brick. The main issue we had was that there were some sloppy places at first that needed Kargman's to come back out and fix. They were great in doing this, and bent over backwards to come out and do it again, but it would have been better not to have to have anyone come back out. The real issue we had was with the painting. Eventually, it all looks great and the final product is perfect. It's just that they had to come back out and clean up painted over faceplates, trim, and a door. They did eventually get it pretty much right, but it took a while. So again, everything turned out great and looks great, but it's not above average or done on the first try, so we couldn't give an A."
