"To find the short and repair it costs $354.00. With the deal I paid $253.00. He was here about One and A half hours.
That evening the GFCI breaker kicked off.I called the next day and he came back and said there was a mystery wire that he didn't know where it went to, capped it off and said that fixed the problem.
Now if I plug in anything down stairs outside or in the garage it kicks the GFCI Breaked, so basically I have the same exact problem and Im out $253.00 dollars.

"Jeff contacted me by phone 30 minutes prior to his arrival, as promised.  He was polite with good interpersonal skills.  We walked around the house for him to understand what was expected and concerns.  He stated while he was on the roof repairing the gutters that he would conduct an inspection whether other areas may need attention.  After completing the gutter seam reseal, I was shown photos of the gutter seams he repaired as well as other areas on the roof that should be repaired.  After viewing the photos, I agreed to have the work recommended.  When he completed the task he mentioned several times that I should not have any leaks for the next 12 months; if I did to contact USA Gutterpros and they would make it right.  I would recommend USA Gutterpros.
