"We recently purchased a newly constructed home with a beautiful kitchen that was only lacking one thing - lighting under the cabinets to illuminate the countertops. We have a tile backsplash which, I feared, would make it impossible to install the lighting without having it look like an obvious retrofit. Dennis recommended a solution and provided an estimate. The work was completed in about two hours and looks like it was part of the original kitchen installation. He even thought to include a dimmer switch at no extra charge. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. As a serious cook, the lighting in my prep area is very important. I would highly recommend Dennis and his crew. This was the second time I had them do work for us. They arrive on time, treat your property with respect, clean up after themselves and do quality work. They will be my go-to from now on."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"

"They came in after a remodel had been done. They had to make up for faulty work done by another provider. They looked at the work and they determined the wrong wiring was done. He did attempt to fix where the contractor put part of the cabinet over a switch. The guy from Walls was very good and he was very professional. I appreciated his honesty as we walked around the house and looked at other issues and his knowledge went well above the electrical side of the work. I would definitely use Walls again. They were very good and they came within two days of my call. They even waited at my home while I was on my way from another appointment. The scheduler for the day of the appointment was very pleasant and she tried to communicate the most convenient time for the work to be done. He was incredible and I would not hesitate to hire them. They did come a second time after this service as well."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
