He allowed me to see current projects he was working on similar to mine, he genuinely listened to what we wanted and made relevant, excellent suggestions to ensure that our project would meet our expectations, and stay within our budget. He came with excellent recommendations from his previous clients, of which I'm now proud to be one. His communication was always excellent, he didn't mind answering all my ignorant questions, and he worked seamlessly with my architect and kitchen/bathroom designer in order to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe given the scope of the project. Moses consistently went above and beyond expectations in order to make the project as stress-free for me as possible. His team worked tirelessly and while my family and I had to move out of our house due to the nature and extent of the project, he kept in constant contact with me, arranged frequent in-person meetings, and didn't mind me and my kids showing up unannounced to view the progress. My neighbors constantly told me how hard he and his crew were working, as they saw him on-site nearly every day. "I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."
