As a result, the vinyl flooring cracked. I contacted Jason and he was out promptly to look at our job and listen to our concerns. Jason not only prepped the floor properly before installing the new floor, but also addressed a few other minor issues that we had to make sure that we were totally satisfied. A great experience!
