"I originally posted a negative review on this company. I have been customer for many years, but recently had been dissatisfied regarding the time it took to schedule service after sending in my payment. Since that review, Jacob, the owner of the company, called me and took the time to explain his company's position, which no one had done whenever I previously voiced my concerns to office personnel. He agreed that the communication with customers could improve on that issue, and he is working to make that happen. After my conversation with Jacob, I realized that part of my dissatisfaction was just a misunderstanding on my part as to what is supposed to be done. Jacob was willing to work with me to get things right and to keep my business. I am completely satisfied with the outcome, and I am happy to continue to be a customer of Arrow Pest Control. His actions made it apparent that he cares about his customers and of the reputation of his business. "Thankfully, I have started using Angie's List for recommendations and have been very pleased.  But as I started looking for a reliable, honest, professional termite contractor I became concerned.  Was there one out there?  Most recommendations were unfavorable.  But finally, Absolute Termite Control surfaced.  Dave, the owner, came to our home, looked at the problem, answered all of our questions very knowledgeably, and gave us a fair bid.  He had been in business for a good while, knew the Termidor product and how it provides a barrier to termites.  He carefully evaluated our foundation, which was poured in 1927.  At first he assumed the house was on a slab, since large concrete projects were rarely poured back then.  However, after further assessment and reading the original house plans, he discovered that the columns and side walls were poured with reinforcement at the same time as the floor, thus eliminating the extensive drilling of holes on the inside of the house.   I only mention that to indicate the professionalism that he brought to this project.  His men, Buddy and Chris, began work on the scheduled date and were finished by the end of the day.  They were careful, courteous, and diligent.  A yearly inspection of the treatment will cost 10% of the contractor or $170."
