"I have had issues with construction people in the past and I was very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Dan and his staff to complete two bathroom remodels in my home. His staff was clean, friendly and experts at their jobs. Dan went out of his way to make sure we were happy and things were progressing as we had envisioned. His pricing was reasonable and fair. There were a couple of minor issues, but he fixed them right away to our approval. Not only would I recommend his company, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat. He also did another remodeling job for me that turned out better than I had hoped. Very happy with his services."

"Best in the business! This was the 2nd house I've remodeled and Dave & his team outperformed all previous positive experiences & expectations. They removed 3 pony-walls, installed new porcelain, large tile flooring throughout (2200 sq ft), remodeled the bath to enlarge the shower,-added a modern stand-alone tub, installed new double marble-topped vanity, marble mosaic wainscotting throughout the bath, a marble-porcelain 7-foot long/12-foot high shower with luxury finishes (marble bench & rainshowers) & a chandelier above the tub with sconces flanking a 6-ft long mirror. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, pendant lights, quartz countertops on a new, better positioned island that Dave designed, porcelain flooring, under-cabinet lighting, and gas-burning double-sided fireplace before installing gas-top stove, electric wall ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and double-work sink. They even installed 3 chandeliers (living room, dining & media rooms), drapery hardware at eight floor-length (12-ft high) windows & sliders, and an amazing new wet bar with vessel sink and marble with brass inlay backsplash!! They're prompt, hard-working (many times working on Saturdays and Sundays to meet deadlines), kept the project moving - even with supply delays (store's fault - not theirs) and additions I requested. They're attentive to detail, sensitive to HOA demands (never arriving too early & removing outdoor trash immediately), and professional at every turn - keeping the workspace clean/tidy. Dave goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers, reviving the art of customer service and taking it to a whole new level. For example, and though it wasn't on my list of repairs, he noted that my "new" home's air ducts needed cleaning - and shopped around for quotes I could afford. Likewise, he flushed my failing water heater in attempts to save it (original to house built in 1997). I can't say enough about this fabulous team of professionals who are as kind and personable as they are professional and skilled. I strongly recommend Dave and his team for ANY home remodel you're considering. Dave's part-designer in addition to being a fabulous contractor. He made several suggestions along the way, and I'm glad I took his advice (otherwise I wouldn't have this amazing, gourmet kitchen w/double-fireplace!). I interviewed and researched several contractors before engaging him with most exceeding his quotes by 15-25%. He's reasonably priced, comes when he says he'll be there, and makes sure the client is happy with the final product. (He even checks back a couple of weeks after the job is completed to ensure everything is functioning as it's supposed to.) I'm hiring him for my next project of replacing entry doors, and am absolutely confident he'll do a phenomenal job! THANKS DAVE, LOU and WAYNE!!! You're the BEST!! "Jeff and his team were amazing. They were willing to work with us on changing the contract and working with how much we could afford. Me and husband are very fortunate that our neighborhood watch recommended them to us. We wouldnt have a amazing result and work without this company. "(1) Scheduling was difficult. I was told materials would be ordered within 3 days (it was 1-1/2 weeks), I was told work could begin with 2 weeks (it was 3 weeks) and I was told work would take 3 days (it was 5 days). This made it difficult to schedule other renovation contractors. (2) [Person in office] did not want me to call her on the phone and told me to communicate via email only, which slowed communication. (3) There are 2 areas with minor rippling in the laminate. It's not too noticeable, but prevents me from recommending them to a friend because it is sub-par work. (4) Worker left paint splatters all over my refrigerator, sliding glass doors, bathroom sink, and bathroom floor. Other that all of the above, my experience was good/average. Kind of a high price for the quality of work. Not good enough to recommend to a friend, but acceptable."

"Very good! They were fast and super good about fixing up any loose ends and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Our only minor complaint is sometimes the communication was lacking between project managers and the crew. We had a couple miscommunications along the way but it was a big project so we understand that’s bound to happen."

"Both my bathrooms were long overdue for upgrades. But for me the most stressful part of any home repair or improvement project is finding the right contractor. Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to. He also offered a few suggestions which I agreed to and I'm so glad I did. The quality of work is excellent. He was helpful throughout the entire process. I now have have two brandnew, beautiful bathrooms to enjoy. I would highly recommend Raul and his team for any household improvement project."
