1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"George came out to our home at the scheduled time. The estimate we received was fair and within our budget. On the day of his guys arrived 30 min prior to the start time and were very professional. They moved all our furniture and made sure everything was covered and protected before they started the work. His crew was very professional and clean. "Chuck returned my call within 2-3 days and came over and we discussed what needed to be done. He returned with an estimate within a day or two. We arranged for a start date and he and his team were on site at the agreed upon day and time. They pressure washed all the woodwork, ceiling and siding on the porch; they scraped, caulked and primed. There was a lot of scraping, especially the wood railings. A lot of attention was paid to the prep. Everything was topped off with a couple of coats of beautiful paint. They even suggested a wonderful contrasting color for the brickwork which turned out very nice. In addition, they cleaned and painted the concrete steps as well as filled in some gaps with concrete between the steps and the foundation. I was very please with how they cleaned up everything when they were done too. The job was done in 3 days."

"I waited several days to hear from the company after I purchased the offer. The owner came out as promised and we discussed what repairs were needed. He did not email the estimate as promised. I emailed and left a voicemail to see if the estimate was ready. He said that he had emailed it. (I did not receive it) He said he would email it again. Then he left a message saying that he was having some type of computer problem. He finally emailed an estimate on 8/23. After thinking over the cost, I emailed him on 8/25 saying that we accepted the offer. I have yet to hear back from him. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and do not feel comfortable doing business with this company."
