"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

"Very professional and showed up on time for the estimate and each day of work. At our initial meeting, Mr. Palmeiro measured and calculated his price within 30 minutes. The Palmeiros not only covered our very old, crumbling cement steps and walkway with flagstone but at their suggestion, they made the walkway wider and eliminated some of the steps in the walkway to make longer, wider steps for a more modern look. They also made suggestions such as flaring the ends of the walkways and they professionally fit the new walkway and border into our landscaping. The Palmeiros are artisans and provide a quality of work at a reasonable price that is hard to find. We love our new steps and walkway and believe it has transformed the look of the front of our 1957 brick split to have more curb appeal - no easy feat! We have had numerous neighbors comment on how gorgeous the work is and one of our neighbors called and booked the Palmeiros to do the same work on her house within days of our work being done.
