"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"The 2 guys were extremely prompt and arrived on a Saturday night just an hour after my call.  The guys were great and got everything out of the basement and into their truck in just over an hour.  They helped the carpet guys move things to remove the damaged carpet, and then returned everything back to the basement before leaving,  all within a 3 hour time window.  I plan to call them again when it is time for carpeting to go back into the basement.
