Customers say: Terrific value

"Level of unprofessionalism started early on. 1. Not communicating delays in the installation 2. Removing my railings without having all of his tools, reporting that he would return soon, then calling an hour later to say the battery was dead on his drill and he was not returning until the next day. 3. Hazardly installing rails that are not properly mounted to the wall or have the durability that was requested. "

"Howard does very good work and very dependable. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish the job because he was called to another site for inspection. The work was completed by a very nice gentleman but he used my trash can to mix the grout and used it for water to spread the grout. Unfortunately, I had to clean my trash can. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done. Kevin always tries to work with me on my projects and gives me the best price. They are professional, competent, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend House Doctors."
