I am happy with the work that was done. Also if your basement is finished you need to get all your belongings out, because of the dust factor and be prepared to replace any carpet. Once it gets pulled up from the floor and the all the dust from the concrete it is just not worth keeping. I gave three A's and Three B's and since I can not pick in between grades I gave an overall of a B, but I really wanted to give an A-. Great work overall

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
