His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!"

During the free estimate Ricky was the only one to take out a ladder and climb on to the roof to take a look at everything and determine what needed to be done as part of the project. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what they would fix, how, and why. He also gave me pricing options for some of the additional things I wanted done as part of the overall roof replacement (better airflow using soffits vs roof vents). The team did a great job, I'm very pleased with their work and they did it in one day. They draped the house / bushes to protect them while they worked. They also cleaned up the yard / driveway after they were finished. I didn't find one nail after they were done. I will definitely be calling them back for other projects and highly recommend them."
