Work with Tim as the lead and work through all aspects of the job and contract - Make sure you understand all of it and ask question, this is the time add things like painting the foundation or adding insulation behind the Siding which i did and the house now warmer. Keeping Siding removal and replacement is construction with many decisions you have to make as the job goes. The work Quality was Great they transformed my homes exterior, fixed issues and the folks that did the finish work were the best, the painter Fernando was stellar, he had a great attention to detail that made me aware of some other issues that when brought up were resolved properly with great care. they did such great Work that im looking to work with them again to do my Gutters with then also. they also do Roofing. wish they did other works as well as its hard to find good people like Make a Choice these days ."

Disappointed. We have used DIxon previously and have recommended them to other family members to use.  This was our last time using Dixon.  Too much hassle and aggravation didn't make it worth the price difference.

There is no quality control or walk through of any supervisor prior to them showing up to collect a check.  A crew (non English speaking) shows up, can't communicate, rework is necessary because wrong deck color was purchased, walls were not painted correct color, areas in closet and bathroom were not painted at all and ALOT of oversplash of white paint on the red brick exterior, driveway, etc.  Crew initially was not respectful of the house (trash, drink containers, bathroom usage) or other workers in the house.

I feel they only corrected items at my fathers house because we had also contracted with them to do our exterior paint refresh as well.  Same issues and this time an argument from the Quality Manager about all the white paint on our red brick exterior.  He stated that it was the previous painters and essentially called me a liar.  Only the trim, eves, doors, window surrounds, etc. were to be painted.  Repairs were done shoddy and we requested they redo with the materials that were quoted, screens were not put back on the correct windows, windows are painted shut, shrubs were broken and damaged, etc.

This used to be a great company and service provider.  They've painted two other houses and a barn of ours over the last 15 years all were great, but something is really lacking in their service approach at this point.  Again, disappointing.

"Original idea was to fix termite damaged siding and interior drywall/sheetrock due to termite damage, expecting to find some interior damage to studs in my detached garage and needing to repair/replace that too. Sergio identified and quoted other minor repairs that were needed on the structure, and even with the extras everything landed within my original budget. Didn't do any extra work that wasn't necessary and took care of some small extra work for free. He kept me up to date on status throughout the project without me needing to ask. A+ workmanship on everything, he clearly takes pride in his work. I had absolutely zero complaints. I will definitely come back to this business for any future home repair or renovation needs."

"The workers did an excellent job on taking off the old rotted fascia and replacing with new Hardiplank fascia. They replaced water damaged Hardiplank with new Hardiplank. They also replaced a soffit corner box that needed to be replaced. They replaced damaged gutters as needed and put up the old gutters that could be used again. I would recommend them for your gutter, fascia and soffit needs. I was very pleased with the results."
