We were also having issues with some of our crawl space vents allowing small animals in and out of the crawl space. A Best Dry Waterproofing quoted us significantly less than a competitor and began work immediately. The work took about two days and they gave us updates on their progress and stressed that our satisfaction was their only concern - I must have heard this from them at least 5 times.
