"AFS did a great job for us, we had old insulation removed, a drainage system and pump installed, and a crawlspace encapsulation done. John Brandon did the inspection and he did a good job explaining everything and going back and forth with pricing for everything. The crew was Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a great job, cleaned everything up, and had it all done in 3 days. Would highly recommend!"

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"We needed a new vapor barrier in our crawl space and our vents sealed. They cleaned out the entire crawl space and replaced our vapor barrier. We were also having issues with some of our crawl space vents allowing small animals in and out of the crawl space. A Best Dry Waterproofing quoted us significantly less than a competitor and began work immediately. The work took about two days and they gave us updates on their progress and stressed that our satisfaction was their only concern - I must have heard this from them at least 5 times. After they wrapped up the job at our house and headed to another job I had another specific question that required they be at my house. This was about 7:30 in the evening and they insisted on stopping by after they finished their previous job that evening to make sure that I had the answers I was looking for.
