"I called them up and emailed them my plot plan. They gave me a approximate cost of 4300.00$ whole yard. They were very professional and fast to respond. I counter with an offer that was 1000.00 less than their estimate. I had gotten a couple estimates around 3200. $ I really wanted to go with them because they had a good reputation.The gentleman I was dealing with at Moore said they could not do it at 3200$. He was highly courteous and professional with the estimate. So we had a stale mate and I went with someone else for 3200.00$ I am happy with the install I got from other company . Moore Sprinkler company seams like a very good company ; they just a little to high for me."

Thorough explanation of installation procedure stating number of stations needed, the different types of sprinkler heads for different purposes, city ordinance requirements, hands on explanation of programming controller unit , system guarantee and financing. Work crew friendly and diligent and did a remarkable clean up after installation. Installation done in one day as agreed. Installation is guaranteed for three years. Initially had problem with some areas getting too much water and others not enough, Called Monte Larsen and he immediately came out to adjust sprinkler heads and changed some of the types of heads and then did follow up calls to be sure we were satisfied. After the installation we decided to add irrigation "tubing" to irrigate our patio container plants which was done for a minimal charge over the projected estimate. They request payment in full at the completion of the installation and take cash, check or major credit cards. Kudos to Monte Larsen and his crew for a job well done."

"I looked at several sprinkler contractors before hiring Collin County Sprinkler. Their cost was a little higher than others but I believe their materials, design and installation warranted it. I was amazed and pleased with the details they put into the system. The guys were all very informative, knowledgeable and precise."

"The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions."
