"Michael Jason was great!!! I was out of town when my neighbor called me that there was water leaking on her ceiling from my upstairs bathroom. I have to rush home and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an emergency service and sent Michael late last night and he assessed and repaired the problem immediately. I called a lot of these 24hr Plumbing Co, I always get a promise the next available technician will come in the morning until I found Benjamin Franklin, who sends Mr. Jason and worked on it until after 1AM. "They would not give me a price until they came to the house and then it was twice the price of other quotes. I hired them because they were in Richardson and a family business. I think installation of a toilet should be a set price (unless something goes wrong when installing) and they could have saved me time and them time."
