"A team removed a leaking tank hot water heater and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. My house is 45 years old and all projects end up being a bit more difficult then on a newer house. The team assessed the existing infrastructures for two HVAC units, a gas dryer, and washer pipes in the utility room. They came up with a plan that Worked around all these vents and wires. They ordered the unit and venting and began working. It was a two day installation because of the Covid delay on shipping the item. After removing the old tank, they installed the new wiring and turned my water on for use in the house overnight. The rest of the project went very smoothly. Ryan stayed with the job the entire time. The owner and another technician came by periodically to see if anything was needed. I couldn t be happier with the job. They cleared all job materials at the end of each day. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for anyone replacing hot water heaters, cleaning laundry drains , and repairing leaking toilets because after they finished the hot water heater, I hired them to come back and do two additional jobs at my house."

"Superior Plumbing were a tremendous help! We needed to change our plumbing from a septic tank in the rear of the house, over to city sewer to the front of the house. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They brought in a backhoe to dig the trench in the front of the house to the sewer tap at the front of the yard. Then they had to put in new pipes under the crawl space of the house and reroute them to the new entrance. So much work during a heat wave! They were fantastic with communication and everything they said they would do were completed over an above expectations! We highly recommend Superior Pluming and Drains, LLC and will always use them for any work we need. Another major point in their favor was their price. We called in 4 plumbers with varying price quotes. They weren't the lowest but they were half the price of one! We were very confident after talking with them even more so after their work! You won't be disappointed with them and their cost of very reasonable!"

We also liked that Ned wore his mask in our home. We will recommend MKB to our family and friends. I also interviewed 3 other plumbers. MKB was the best value overall. "I had an email shortly after I contacted and quote received not long after. I needed my faucet repaired but I also needed to replace my garbage disposal. I ordered one but could not get until Oct. 12th . I thought about waiting however the leak in my faucet kept getting worse. I was again contacted & the contractor offered to look at first & provide a free quote. He came out shortly later, quoted, and I accepted & faucet was repaired. I told about the Garbage D. ordered & he quoted but also said I would need a switch box because of the plug line which I would have to put in or call an electrician. After he left I checked out other disposals, w/ good ratings & if in stock. I found one, had credit given on first and picked up at the store that evening. I called him & advised and he said he would be out the next day to install if I desired. I said yes and gave time necessary. That day came and he was here almost at that very time and installed a new disposal. He did nice job and was very nice to talk with ."
