"We first became acquainted with All About Plumbing & Septic on New Year's Day 2022 when we found about two inches of water in our finished basement. Nathan & his team came out promptly to diagnose the problem and take immediate steps to stop further damage until the city could make sewer line repairs. Since then we have used All About Plumbing & Septic for all of our plumbing repairs. We have been pleased with their work which is of the highest quality. This review will focus on our most recent job. Joel exceeded our expectations for service. He carefully and thoroughly documented & explained the cause of the two plumbing leaks and what would be needed to correct the problem and meet plumbing codes. He protected our flooring with drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. He asked if we had questions & offered his contact info in case we had questions later. You could tell he took pride in his work by the appearance of the job completed."

"Expert plumber Terry came to our home to repair what I thought might be a couple of faulty toilet tank valves and a leaky hose bib. As things turned out, both toilet needed replacing, along with the backyard hose bib and pipe. Terry did an excellent job, answering all my questions. His work was speedy, meticulous, and thorough. All his explanations were easy to understand, including estimates and billing. I also appreciated his courtesy, conscientious attention to detail, and his good cheer! By the way, I needed an emergency sewer pipe repair shortly after moving into our current home in 2017 (of course this happened on a weekend). "I met Richard Allbritton owner of Holy Water Plumbing almost a year ago. He installed a tankless system and installed an all house purification system at that time. Both of which was the best changes I could have made. My house regulator failed two days ago and I called Richard this past Monday (memorial day) even though it’s almost a year since I’ve seen him and even though he was away on vacation he still answered my phone call. He told me he was starting a large job the next day but he would find the time to come by. He came over and even though it was at the end of the day, when he was obviously tired and the replacement part that that he picked up that morning, new in the box when he installed it was defective he still took the time to return it to his supplier some twenty minutes away and returned with the replacement part and installed it just to keep me from being inconvenienced.
