"From the first contact to the end I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism that Mid States Carpenters exhibited. Our roof need to be replaced and due to the timing I was concerned about getting it done before the snow started and temperatures dropped. Mr Penny with Mid States Carpenters was quick to respond and was at my home with a crew in less than a week. Once the crew started my new roof was done in under 2 days, which I would like to add was the 23rd of December. Due to the urgency of the project the insurance claim did not get processed correctly so we were only getting a $300 reimbursement. When I told Mr. Penny about this he stepped in and spoke to the adjuster and provided additional details and photos. The insurance re-opened the claim and paid nearly 50% of the cost of the new roof. I am certain that without him going the extra mile for me I would have been out of luck. I would recommend Mid-States Carpenters to anyone and am so impressed by them that I have shared my experience with anyone that will listen. 5 stars isn't enough in my book."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet.
