"he came and looked at the roof and did not find a problem with it. But he did find a large pile of leaves behind the chimney and around the supports for the conduit from my solar panels. He said that that all the piles of leaves may have blocked the water from flowing down and that it then ran to the side and got under the tiles from the sided which caused the leak. He also went beyond looking at the roof and used a leave blower and his hands to clean off the roof and blow out my gutters. After doing all this he said that if this was not the problem call him and he would come back & find and fix the cause. All this for no charge! I had a large amount of rotten wood trim around by 2 story house with the non-rotted wood in bad need of painting.
