"Factory direct installed new windows and siding on my home in Feb of 2015. They were the most competitive and fair in pricing of all the solicited bids, and answered the questions I had in a prompt and courteous fashion. The installation itself was preformed on time and professional in scope. They did an excellent job. They thoroughly cleaned up when completed. "Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."

"Mr Fix It did a great job finishing a couple simple repairs that I could not do myself since I live out of State. When you manage properly from 3 States away, you need a good Handyman to take care of your tenants needs."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"It went great. At the time, the guy was only doing the paint work as a side job, but it still only took 3 days to get the entire inside of my home complete. That's with baseboards and doors removed from the hinges to be painted as well. For the price that he gave me, I couldnt have asked for a better job well done! "Outstanding services provided to my family by Fareedux General Services! I am unable to write eloquently enough to convey how strongly I recommend Mr Wasiu Oyeniyi. I needed to have a chain link fence installed for my son and his family. I called five fencing companies in the Jacksonville area, of which only two returned my call, one of which was Fareedux. "He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
