The crew ran into some problems with tree roots and had to perform extra work of cutting a trough through a concrete walkway. I was not charged extra for this and am greatly appreciative. Brandon's Gutter uses heavy-duty PVC for drains as opposed to the cheaper corrugated material that won't last. Good pictures are available on their website. My only complaint is that it took a week for the crew to get back to my residence and finish pouring the concrete. This was after I called both the owner and the crew leader. The quality was great and the price was less than half of my other estimate, so I'd hire again without reservation."
