Justin bought materials, cut to size and installed baseboard in 3 rooms, patched a hole in drywall where we had removed an old non-working radio and installed matching trim on a door in a room where we were remodeling. He worked quickly and seemed to take his time to make the job look perfect. He kept work area clean and we did not have to any cleaning afterwards. Yes, we would hire again for other jobs."

"the guy who actually installed the doors was helpful, efficient, and did a really good job, but the cost seemed high to me from the beginning, the installer told me that the owner tended to overprice people for small jobs, and when I went to pay, he called in and said they had jacked up the price for the estimate and were asking for more money. He was upset by this, and said he wouldn't charge me for more than I was quoted, but also asked if I could pay with check instead of credit card so that he wouldn't have to call in again (to get the card approve) because they knew he'd give them a hard time about not getting more money from me. Their sales associate (Al Lien) was knowledgeable and helpful, but no pressure, which I personally appreciate very much. They had a range of options, and in the end we chose to use HardiPlank which was less expensive than LP at the time of our project. The Hoffman Weber price was very competitive (and significantly lower than the high-pressure company that came out). The installation went well--the crew was hard working and pleasant, and communication with the project manager (Pete) was easy (the installation was done in February, so, weather affected the days of installation). The finished project looks great."
