"We couldn't be happier with Fletcher's response, professionalism and the cost of the work (on the Sunday before Christmas Eve). We called for help mid morning on Sunday, the phone was answered by a very nice woman (sorry I didn't jot down her name). She took our info and we were called about 15 min later by the tech on call; Steve. He was out straight but assured us he'd get to us as soon as possible. 2 pm, Bernard called and said he was on the way. Said he'd been called in early to help get everyone taken care of (wow...). "Originally they thought they would have to open up the wall in our living room (we had just remodeled it a few months earlier, and did not look forward to that. However, after removing the upstairs sink/vanity and opening that area, they found a way to run the new lines without opening the living room wall. They did have to open the main floor wall behind the stove. Pete and Anthony were the two servicemen and both were very professional and friendly. It was pretty much an all day job, but the results were great with minimal tear out. Since they are plumbers, they do not do the drywall or flooring work needed to put things back.( We are using Angie's list for that also. We would definitely recommend and use Easreday again. Kudos to Pete and Anthony for a great job. BTW, they came in at the low estimate, we are happy cam pets! <br />"

"The work was done perfectly. I called on a thursday afternoon as my kitchen sink was backing up. I was concerned it was a big problem as I could see what looked like sand coming up the garbage disposal. They came within a couple of hours of my call. He fixed the clog which was not as bad as I had anticipated. while repairing the clogged pipe he noticed that there was a small crack in the pipe. It was not leaking but he said needed to be tended to at some point. I told him to make arrangements for us to have that replaced.The office called me on monday morning to see if when would be convenient for me to get it fixed. They arrived a half hour later and was finished in about a half hour. <br /> They are professional and more than accomodating. <br />"
