Did a tub to tile shower conversion, half glass wall, safety bar for my mother in law, new vanity, new toilet, new light fixtures. The shower is my fave! Paul's tile guy, Cesar, did a beautiful job with a custom arched niche. Love the finished product! I plan to use Paul again for our next bathroom when we're ready to do that one too."

"My wife and I wanted to update our 80’s Guest Bathroom. We have used Kirk Development in the past and were happy so we called them again. Nate and Devin came out to see us and they had some great ideas. They removed the tub and put in a larger shower. The custom tile is awesome. Everyone who looks at it remarks about how the tile work came out so nice. They also put in a new vanity and lighting. The mirrors and shower glass were custom made and all together make this Guest Bathroom a showpiece. We have heard about remodeling nightmares but we have not experienced that with Kirk. The project manager kept track of everything and kept the project moving along on time. The job was kept clean and everyone was pleasant and professional to work with. We couldn’t be more pleased. "We called Cook as they have a good reputation and we had work done by them previously. Our cabinets are 20+ years old and a dated natural (?) finish. I just wanted to have them painted and to keep the granite countertops that we installed a few years ago. When Natalie, the kitchen designer saw them she felt that they should be refinished to contrast w the counters---not painted. I am so glad I took her advice. Luis and his crew did a marvelous job.He is a perfectionist and did lots of prep to protect existing surfaces. If he wasn't happy w an area, it was redone.In addition, we had some new drawers and pull outs installed. We are very happy with the result---Luis put a beautiful finish on the cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. With Cook you get professional results at a reasonable price."

"The sales associate that came out to our house was amazing. That is the only reason why this company is getting three stars. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"
