"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

When Natalie, the kitchen designer saw them she felt that they should be refinished to contrast w the counters---not painted. I am so glad I took her advice. Luis and his crew did a marvelous job.He is a perfectionist and did lots of prep to protect existing surfaces. If he wasn't happy w an area, it was redone.In addition, we had some new drawers and pull outs installed. We are very happy with the result---Luis put a beautiful finish on the cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. With Cook you get professional results at a reasonable price."

"The sales associate that came out to our house was amazing. That is the only reason why this company is getting three stars. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"
